Materiality

DDelta REI is currently in the process of building and refining a sustainability strategy to help lead towards a more sustainable future. As part of this process, the Manager prepared a materiality assessment that will determine the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) topics and issues that are most pertinent to DDelta REI business going forward. By aiming to understand the ESG impacts of the Manager business, the company can better protect asset value, reduce risk, and advance initiatives that result in positive social and environmental outcomes both internally and externally.

Based on the findings described herein, DDelta REI stakeholders’ priorities can be summarized in the following ten ESG topics:
