Origination
Continuous market analysis in order to determine which asset type to invest in, selection and analysis of real estate projects, and due diligence on developer/operating partners.

Approval
Presentation of the Investment Memorandum of the project, authorization of corresponding Committees and structure of investment vehicles.

Execution
We carry out risk management, as well as financial control and planning to carry out our projects. Likewise, we monitor and accompany our Partners in the pre-development, development, marketing, and operation processes of each property.

Disposition
Maximize the profitability of managed capital by evaluating the best exit strategy for each of the projects belonging to our investment portfolios.
