At DDelta Real Estate Invesments (DDelta REI) we work to seek the effective implementation of its Code of Ethics and Policies, helping to ensure that we have adequate resources for risk forecasting and mitigation in all activities and scope of action.

To this end, we facilitate access to the Grupo Delta Ethics Line, operated by KPMG, which is an independent and confidential complaints mechanism, and which is open to members of the community, contractors, development partners, and suppliers who, without fear of retaliation, can report if they believe that a violation of the Code of Ethics or DDelta REI policies may have occurred.

Non-compliance will be analyzed by the Human Resources department and the Grupo Delta Integrity and Ethics Committee, in accordance with internal procedures, legal regulations, and current agreements, and may give rise to disciplinary measures.
