For DDelta REI, sustainability is governed by the principle of creating and managing investment portfolios with better risk management that seeks to generate long-term sustainable returns, ensuring that capital is invested in safe projects, by developer partners committed to the development of projects with a low environmental footprint and seeking integration and a positive impact on the communities where they are carried out. All this, by incorporating Responsible Investment Policies and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles in the evaluation and management of our investment portfolios.
We seek to transform the vision of the real estate industry by inspiring stakeholders in our value chain through our Social and Environmental Impact Strategy.
Faced with the increase in temperature on our planet, the urgency of setting clear objectives to decrease the temperature by 2 °C, the scarcity of resources, social problems, corruption problems and the growing search for a sustainable future for all; DDelta REI is committed to mitigating and eradicating the problems that the Sustain able Development Goals seek to address.
The SDGs were established to meet humanity’s universal challenges, protect the environment, and solve socioeconomic problems. The SDGs are made up of 17 objectives and 169 specific goals that international society must meet by 2030.

As part of the financial sector and the development of real estate portfolios, we recognize that our role is fundamental to continue building a sustainable development economy. This is why the DDelta REI team has been producing its Annual Sustainability Report under the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) framework since 2021 to communicate its environmental, social and economic performance, as well as the progress in its ESG strategy through the creation of its Responsible Investment Policies and their implementation in its investment portfolio.
